Hi, I'm Kristen Sheehan.

I'm the proud owner of Queen City Sculpt.

And I'd love to take a moment to share with you what this business means to me on a very deep and personal level.

During the Covid-19 shutdown (and for a while after), I put on a lot of weight.

It was a crazy time for us all, and I was eating out of boredom and comfort.

I'm 5'8" and had gotten up to 260 lbs.

I struggled for a long time but finally lost 60 lbs. by changing my eating habits. It did, however, take me almost a year.

And then I was stuck.

I hadn’t lost any weight in close to 6 months, no matter what I tried.

I was also suffering from debilitating depression and anxiety.

I had basically become a shut-in and didn't see any relief in sight.

But That All Changed When I Discovered The Sculpt Pod...

Once I started using the patent-protected Red Light Therapy system - my life changed.

Between Nov 5 and Dec 31st (less than 8 weeks), I went 2-3 times per week for treatments AND, despite Thanksgiving and Christmas festivities and FOOD, I was able to lose 14 lbs. WITHOUT changing anything else about my diet or lifestyle.

And from the very first treatment, I felt like I could take on the world.

Not only do I feel more comfortable and confident in my new body, but I feel stronger mentally than I have in a very long time.

Now I can share this technology with my clients and feel great about it.

I opened my first Sculpt Pod location in Charlotte, NC on January 10, 2023, and my second in JAX Beach, FL on June 7, 2023.

I truly love what I do And I can't wait to share It with you!

FAQ image

Will the session cause dehydration?

If the body is dehydrated, it’s possible sweat will not be produced during the session. While the process of sweating is removing water from the body, an Infrared system will not dehydrate the body any more than an intense workout. Consuming water before and after each session is necessary.

What should I wear during my session?

For women: We recommend wearing a sports bra and/or underwear or you may be fully nude, as the lights will not penetrate through fabric. For men: Underwear is required.

Will the Red Light affect my tattoos?

The machine can cause tattoo fading. We suggest using a tattoo cover while in the Pod.

Is there a weight limit for using the Pod?

Yes, the machine is equipped for a weight limit up to 300 pounds.

What is the sanitation process?

The Sculpt Pod is thoroughly cleaned using a hospital grade cleaner. New neck drapes & pod covers are replaced after each session.

Should I shower after my session?

It is recommended to take a warm to cool shower to remove the remaining cream, sweat & toxins from the skin. A cold water rinse will quickly close pores and leave your skin feeling smooth.

What’s the difference between Infrared Heat & Red Light Therapy?

Red Light is visible to the human eye and is most effective for use on the surface of the skin. Infrared is invisible and is effective both on the surface of the skin as well as penetration into the skin.
